【Our staff recent visit to different Health Posts 】
We value our student’s well-being. Likewise, we are aware of how the Covid 19 pandemic has affected not only people’s health but on how we live, learn, and work. School closures have a profound impact on all student’s educational equity. Our staff is making sure to check the facts before making a decision. We are contemplating creating the safest teaching-learning practices.
In response to the challenges, our teachers are making sure to carry out intensive research. We are trying to study the records of cases visiting different primary health posts. We know not all students have access to online learning platforms and to mitigate the gaps we believe in collecting facts to get our strategies right. We are in the course of planning a safe environment for our students and we will soon come up with a new update.
【Discord Project 】
This is a project initiation with a zeal of challenging the communication and language barrier. We will be using Discord, a chatting platform where the students from our YouMe Schools and the Higashiyamato Junior High School will be able to communicate and learn the contents created by the professionals. The server our students use will have constant supervision so it’s highly secure and safe.
The pandemic has put a halt in the proper commencement of the project yet. However, we were so touched by the love and support bestowed by the students of Higashiyamato Junior High School during the pandemic. As we continue to battle the crisis, this definitely was a breath of fresh air. Our students really enjoyed reading the messages. We thank our students from the Higashiyamato Junior High School for their heartwarming letter. We truly appreciate and hope to talk to you all soon.
